Tan Yue, vice president of CBEAD, Wang Huijun, deputy director of Division of Academic Affairs, Zhang Baohua, Deputy director of the Administrative & Financial Division, and Sun Yuanyuan, faculty from Chinese Institute of State-owned Enterprises went to Russia and Belarus for an investigation on "Deepening Exchanges and Cooperation with Countries along 'One Belt One Road ".

    The delegation visited Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. They met with vice presidents from the two institutions, discussed about the issues of mutual concern which laid a foundation for further practical cooperation.

    During their stay, the delegation met with senior executives from Russia branches of China’s SOEs, and visited the Sino-Belarus Industrial Park in Belarus. This allows understanding of the demands of overseas agencies for the training of the dispatched personnel.
