From 19 to 22, August, hosted by the ministry of commerce and undertaken by state administration of foreign experts affairs, "2017 workshop for management officials from ‘Belt and Road’ countries：Introduction of foreign intelligence to promote enterprise to develop international cooperation and innovation" was successfully held in CBEAD, 43 students from five countries, which are Laos, panama, Tanzania, Nepal, Latvia, attended the workshop. Tan Yue, Vice President of CBEAD, Liu Sheng, deputy director of the training center of the state administration of foreign experts affairs, and Tang Bing, deputy director of the department of human resources and social security of Dalian city attended the opening session.

This workshop aims to strengthen the exchange of experience between China and developing countries in the field of international cooperation and innovation development management of ‘Belt and Road’ countries. During their stay, participants from the workshop exchange ideas with experts from SOEs in the fields of introducing foreign intelligence, international cooperation, innovation and development. They also visited Dalian shipbuilding industry group, Dalian port group companies. The participants gave high evaluation to the workshop and China SOEs. They believe the successful experiences of Chinese enterprises in the fields of introduction of foreign intelligence to promote international cooperation and innovation are very valuable references.
